Another newbie
Been lurking here and elsewhere for a while whilst I made my mind up to give PE a serious go.
There’s lots of contradictory information/opinion out there, so I think it will take a while of doing the exercises for myself before I can begin to make sense of it all.
Current measurements are as follows:
BPEL: 6.75”
EG: 5.00” This seems to be pretty uniform from base to glans. The glans are wider.
BPSFL: 7.10”
Didn’t measure normal flaccid length as that varies from one day to another.
My goals for PE are 8” BPEL and 6” EG. If I can get beyond these, so much the better, but I’ll be a happy chap if my goals are achieved.
My current routine consists of a 30/40 minute stretching session, finishing off with 3 “A” stretches. I then have a 30/40 minute dry jelq/edging session. I focus more here on keeping the penis as engorged as possible, rather than counting off reps. I usually finish off with some slow squash jelqs.
I’ll keep this up for 3 months, then measure again to check progress, unless you’d recommend a monthly measure?
I’m certainly enjoying the beginning of my PE journey and can already see/feel an improvement in EQ.
