Few questions on Newbie routine :
The Newbie Routine
1. 5 minutes hot wrap
2. 5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
3. 10 minutes of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
4. 5 minutes hot wrap
5. 50 kegels of five second holds each
Jelqing:
Isn’t the 200 a little excessive? Or is that just a benchmark?
Should I try 50~ one day and see how my penis reacts and keep going up until I see negative signs? Should I eventually be able to reach 200~ in the two months that I should be doing the Newbie Routine?
Stretching:
I find that I can a way better stretch/pull when I pull close to the bottom of the base of my penis. I still feel a stretch when I pull right below the head, but I feel a much tighter one if I go closer to the base.
Should I stretch closer to the base or go with right below the head? Or maybe both?
