Thanks marinera, no snake oil buddy, I think that I have just brought out what was potentially there in the first place with maybe some growth also.
I do find that the extender is getting more comfortable to wear, though I only have it on for an hour.
During the two months I have added 3 inches of bar on it, just adding when I feel it is comfortable to do so, otherwise if I add and it doesn’t feel right I will leave the original bars on for an extra week and then try again. The key to a good stretch which I found from you guys and is spot on is to warm up, I use a wheat bag which is like a rice sock, nuke it for a minute or two and put in on the old fella for about 10 mins.
The other times I do dry jelques and stretches whenever I get privacy, like toilet, car, bed before sleep and when I awake and also while on the pc.
