Losing girth temporarily
I did a few clamping sessions in addition to some pumping/manual routines last week. I got red spots on my shaft, so I took 5 days off. During that time I noticed my flaccid hang was pretty skimpy. I looked thin and a little shorter than the weeks before. When I got an erection, I swore that it felt thinner.
Is it a sign of over training to lose girth? Is that loss a temporary change or a permanent one? I hope I didn’t mess up my penis indefinitely.
Can anyone recommend a light but effective routine for a guy who is looking for girth and length? Right now I do:
15 minutes warmup with rice-sock
2 sets of static stretches - 30 seconds in 5 directions
7 minute pumping at 4” Hg
13 minute wet jelqing @ 80%
7 minute pumping at 4-5” Hg
10 minute wet jelqing @ 80%
15 minute warmdown
I was doing that for 5 on / 2 off.
Is that too much? I have been doing PE for 4 months, but I still feel like my penis can easily be over trained.
