I did a few clamping sessions in addition to some pumping/manual routines last week. I got red spots on my shaft, so I took 5 days off. During that time I noticed my flaccid hang was pretty skimpy. I looked thin and a little shorter than the weeks before. When I got an erection, I swore that it felt thinner.

Is it a sign of over training to lose girth? Is that loss a temporary change or a permanent one? I hope I didn’t mess up my penis indefinitely.

Can anyone recommend a light but effective routine for a guy who is looking for girth and length? Right now I do:

15 minutes warmup with rice-sock
2 sets of static stretches - 30 seconds in 5 directions
7 minute pumping at 4” Hg
13 minute wet jelqing @ 80%
7 minute pumping at 4-5” Hg
10 minute wet jelqing @ 80%
15 minute warmdown

I was doing that for 5 on / 2 off.

Is that too much? I have been doing PE for 4 months, but I still feel like my penis can easily be over trained.

If you think it is too much then it is too much. 23 minutes of high erection jelqs IMO is a lot. I do it for 15 and my dick feels pretty beat up immediately after. Plus you have a good bit of pumping in the mix.

Try doing like 10 minutes at 75% (increase over time if you wish) then 10 minutes of pumping at 4HG after. I dont know much about pumping but do not set it too high after high erection jelqs because your dick is pretty worked from the jelqs already. If you feel, throw in one or two horses for some extra engorgement.
