Loss of erection, help!

Schnordle, I can confirm that arginine is effective and have experienced greatly improved morning wood from it. Kingpole says the ketoglutarate form is better, and arg. ketoglutarate is cheap enough at Wal Mart. I have asked him if I can post his full reply.

Unfortunately these supplements are about 6 times the price here; we pay $30 for about 3 ounces of glutamine powder, which costs about $25 a pound in the States. From my searches these are economical outlets, but I can’t vouch for their reliability or service:

Arginine (both forms) look fairly affordable here:

Also here:

Do a search for the specific supplement, as some items do not show up in the lists by category.

If you read the threads on arginine supplementation, you will notice that you need to take a significant amount daily (e.g. 5 - 10 grams) for a week or two before the effect cuts in. Arginine is a vasoldilator so you may notice the effect on your blood circulation as well as your erections.

Also make sure you are getting enough sleep and giving your dick enough recovery time from your PE workouts.

At the moment I am not even putting my dick through PE workouts until I get morning wood again. When it is back to normal I will start PE again. I have been taking about 6g a day, so hopefully it will kick in. I have seen a slight improvement. Thanks for the response. I will give an update in a week.

A sceptical comment:

Just remember that all these nutritive stuff is made in labs and are due to contain waste substances, this is quite likely taking in consideration that nutrition is

A big business, and it’s a clue to produce cheap and sell it for more. Lots of those benefits that the companies claims (to what ever product) do not hold hardcore scientific methods and their scientific references (studies) are really rarely published in appreciated scientific journals.

Arginine is fairly well established as an effective vasodilator.

While it’s true it’s not a magic bullet in terms of correcting erection difficulties, it has certainly been shown to have a positive effect. I’m unaware of any studies, but there is host of anecdotal evidence here on this site.

I’m familiar with Strunk & White, thanks.

I’m actually not all that long-winded when it comes to most posts. Certainly compared to your first few entries on this thread I am positively succinct.

As far as English goes, I’m not trying to skew anything, nor am I making false claims; if you believe I’m wrong about something I’m happy to discuss it. As I said before, we all make mistakes here. I wasn’t exempting myself. I certainly do strive to practice what I preach and do so more frequently than not. My initial correction was meant more as a heads up; you chose to make an issue out of it. If that’s tedious for you I’m sorry about that, but I don’t see why you say I’ve made ad hominem attacks on you. My tone has been quite respectful. It’s unfortunate that the same cannot be said of you at this point.

Just be sure your mistakes in the future don’t include being rude. There’s no need for that.

After: I\'d like to show you something I\'m very proud of, but you guys in the front row will have to stand back.
