Loss of erection, help!
I started PE around June, and made some pretty good gains. While PE’ing I was having sex atleast once a day (just throwing this in, because it could be a factor?). A couple of weeks ago, I started to find it very hard to get a 100% erection, so I cooled off the PE for a week or so, and things have improved a little bit, but I still find it very hard to get a 100% erection. This is with my girlfriend, and without. Its concerning :-/. Anyone have any thoughts or similar experiences? Am I PE’ing too much? I PE 2 days on, 1 day off.
Warm-Up
8 minutes with a warm towel wrapped around
Stretching
Up-down-side-side-in front of me.
30 seconds each way, take a short break in between with warm towel
3 sets.
Jelqing
300 jelqs:
-20 normal
-20 overhand
-20 normal
regain erection x5= 300.
Please if anyone could give me some information that would be great!
