Hey guys! Just wanted to give a quick shout out to everyone on the forum. I’ve been reading for a while now and MAN are y’all ever helpful! ❤️

Anyway, back on topic. I have a couple quick questions about length exercises.

I am extremely happy with my girth size as of right now, and I wanted to just focus on increasing my length and improving the curvature of my penis. I just wanted to ask you guys a few simple questions:

Does limiting girth exercises induce a lack of total growth?
Does replacing jelqing with more stretching (newbie routine) make it more detrimental, beneficial, or neither?

Basically I’m just trying to get your take on if I should just jelq anyway as part of the routine because it’s better for my penis as a whole or if I can get away with just length exercises without my girth being affected.

Don’t worry about this right now, it certainly doesn’t impact long tern growth potential. If your focus is length, then stretching is a good place to start.

As Patrik said, you will be fine with stretching. Jelqing is a great exercise as it hits all dimensions and is a foundation exercise. It also supports one in beginning to adapt and understand the forces involved with PE; however, if one is strictly length focused, beginning with stretching makes sense.
