Alright guys, so I’m trying to gain 1 more inch before I start doing some serious girth work (clamping). I’ve decided to start a hanging/ADS routine in a few months IF my gains stop. I’m currently 6.8 BPEL and I’m trying to get that magic 8.

I tried searching the forums for information on flacid jelqs but came up short. Anyways, question at hand is whether or not low level jelqs should have a place in my routine. Who here does them and what kind of gains can you report?


Starting stats- 5.9 BP Current stats- 7.5 BP, 5.25 EG, 8.13 BPFSL

Well, in my opinion flacid jelqing is a ofte repeated short stretch with and sliding grip

I was also wondering why people say I should wait until gains stop from manual exercises before I hang. Why not just go ahead and start hanging now? BTW, I’ve been PEing for about 5 months now.

Anymore input on the first question is appreciated as well.

I see no reason why you can’t hang if you’ve been at it for 5 months.
Just my opinion, but I’m still reading up on hanging. Meanwhile I’m using the PE weights as an ADS.
