Low LOT, jelq method for tunica?
I’ve been jelqing and stretching for about 4-5 days now, with 2 days on 1 day off
I just found out I was at 7:30 on LOT, so I will focus mostly on the tunica and stop wasting time on the ligs. but the thing is: when I jelq, it’s at 70% erect, and the blood starts applying a maximum of pressure when I’m at half way goin up the shaft.
To adapt my jelqing methods to a tunica stretch, should I decrease to a 50% erection and stop the blood pressure in order to stretch during some jelqing? Or, Will this pressure on the girth (at 70% erection) help expand the tunica’s length too?
I really need to know, would a 2 inch gain be possible within a year just from tunica stretching?
I want to reach 8 inches, I’ll do anything to achieve this goal. I don’t think hanging can be of help to stretch the tunica, because it stretches at 6 o’clock.
This is my routine:
Warmup (5 min.)
Manual Strech (Up, left, right, down) 30 sec each
Jelqing (30 min) about 250 jelqs at 70% (need to verify because pressure is only a max. at half-way)
Warmdown
V-stretch (3 sets of 30 sec to 1 min)
Warm
Manual Strech (Up, left, right, down) 1 min each, 2 sets
Warm
Kegels (50 at 5 sec hold)
( I think stretching at the beggining and at the end brings more fatigue, but I don’t really know what i’m doing,hehe )
I will modify to:
Warmup (5 min.)
Manual Strech (Up, left, right) 1 min each 2 sets
( I have the idea to do the stretches while wearing a warm towel )
V-stretch (3 sets of 30 sec to 1 min)
Warm again
Jelqing (30 min) about 250 jelqs at 50% (I don’t know if this will stretch the tunica, need to verify)
Warmdown
Kegels (50 at 5 sec hold)
