The reason I ask this question is PE usually cures the erection strength problem. It does not always happen right away, but trust me it will come. I started noticing stronger erections after a month, but now, a few years later, I have trouble keep him DOWN!
So my answer to this question is: PE PE PE. It not only makes your dick grow, but keeps it extremely healthy too.
Now you are telling me you lift weights, but your arms stay small. How often did you lift? Did you stick to a routine for a few months?
Also, you may have bad blood circulation. Try jogging/walking each day; or every other day. Start with a mile and work your way up (If you are not conditioned to run more). You do not have run marathons to be in shape and have good blood circulation.
If you do not like jogging, try other vigerous activities.
