Maintaining Erection Level For PE Practice
Greetings!
I’m fairly new here and have been doing PE exercise for around 3-4 weeks now, and I am wondering how do people maintain their erection level while exercising?
I read that full erection is a common problem for beginner *I had this for a week or two
And then there are some which say they cannot stay hard.
I have problem with both, as my erection level while jelqing fluctuates a lot, it get flaccid or fully erect often. The video guide show a somewhat constant erection which I tried, but keep failing at. So at the moment, I’m practising with my member having 30-80% erection since I cannot maintain it.
If it matters, usually I practice while watching shorts/series to pass the time if it matters. (My session is around 20 mins plus warmup stretching and cooldown)
