Greetings!
I’m fairly new here and have been doing PE exercise for around 3-4 weeks now, and I am wondering how do people maintain their erection level while exercising?

I read that full erection is a common problem for beginner *I had this for a week or two
And then there are some which say they cannot stay hard.

I have problem with both, as my erection level while jelqing fluctuates a lot, it get flaccid or fully erect often. The video guide show a somewhat constant erection which I tried, but keep failing at. So at the moment, I’m practising with my member having 30-80% erection since I cannot maintain it.

If it matters, usually I practice while watching shorts/series to pass the time if it matters. (My session is around 20 mins plus warmup stretching and cooldown)

It is not an uncommon problem.

For jelqing, just realize you’re not looking to be hard/erect. You more looking along the lines of really plump and filled with blood (and flexible) so you can jelq the blood done your shaft. You’re not looking to be rock hard.

Ah so as long as it’s plump (a bit swollen looking), and there a good amount of blood it’s still a good practice.

Thank you for letting me know, I was wondering since from what searched here, some people say that jelqing pushes blood so it should stay half erect, I thought that I’m doing it wrong.

The measurement keep changing for me but I think I’m starting to get gains. I’m going to keep up my usual PE exercise then.

I watch porn (I mean, I watched porn, I’m flaking on PE at the moment). Otherwise I would lose my erection.
