Hey guys! I have another question for you. How do you maintain a partially extended state when not stretching? I am trying to avoid turtling and general retraction during healing.

Some guys - “showers” - use a silicone sleeve. Others - “growers” - use a silicone sleeve and a vacuum bell. The sleeve is usually enough to keep the shaft extended, but if you turtle anyway, you can use an ADS strap with minimal tension, or doubled-up sleeves, or a narrow - 2” - elastic bandage wrapped around the sleeve. Don’t wrap too tightly with a new bandage; they can squeeze more than you might expect over time.

That’s a good idea. How often/ how long do you take the sleeves off to let the skin breathe?

I’m old enough I have to pee every three hours or so. I’ve never had any skin problems.

There are some guys who must have bladders the size of grapefuits who can go 8 or 10 hours wearing an all-day-stretcher, and I don’t remember any of them reporting any skin problems.

Nice tip, thank you ! I am a grower and after 6 months of Phallosan with few results, I came to the conclusion that I need to maintain it in an extended state, the time to become more “shower”. Can you confirm that maintaining in an extended state helps with PE routines ? Any experiences read in other threads which can confirm this “theory” ?

Well, I am wearing a chinese silicon sleeve almost all the time now with the succion cup with two “pressures” to maintain extended state. Even at sleep time and I can feel that I am on the right path as it turtles slower each time I take a break. Before I had the feeling that wearing the belt at the red level does it work, but I have the same results for now without the belt. I will be wearing the belt during day time for one month and will take a break.

I can confirm this first hand. I had zero gains for my first four months. That was using Phallosan/Phal+ three times a week for six+ hours and a bath mate for warm up and down. I was legit working and getting nothing.

It wasn’t until I started focusing more on my down time and keeping it extended that I finally started to see gains.

This is the point I was making on one thread I started, that I named “Waking up the Dragon 24/7 stretching…etc” , on the extenders part of forum. I don’t think it ever got anyone to participate of the talk. But in my own conclusion, yes, gains are boosted by soft stretching on off time.
