Just a quick thought: Lately, I’ve been doing my routine just before I go to sleep. In my opinion, this is giving me 6-8 hours of healing in an extended state due to the fact that at worst, my dick is at least chubby for most of the night. The night and morning wood is keeping the penis in a naturally extended state. It’s hard for me to remember a time that I woke up with a shrivel dick (although it happens during the waking hours quite often), and I want to capitalize on this fact. Yes, I tried the same thing at one point in my PE career, and I think it makes sense to make your nocturnal erections work for you. But I did shift back to a morning PE workout, as it was more fun to see my cock large throughout the day every time I whipped it out to take a piss. Plus, the bulge in the pants all day long. The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.
