Manual Finger Stretch Of Connective Tissue
I did not know what to call this and had a very hard time searching for it on this site.
Also, this probably is going to sound very dangerous. I am sure it is dangerous.
A coworker told a story about how he used to have hip trouble, and no exercises or stretches helped. Nothing came back from any test performed by his doctor.
His friend who is a chiropractor said it sounded like the ligament in the iliofemoral or pubofemoral was too tight.
He had him come in and, this sounded crazy to me, he said the chiropractor basically had him lay on his back in tightie whities with his right leg out to the side so it slightly tightened the ligament. Then, the he basically dug is pointer finder under/in/somehow like a fish hook and he pulled straight out on it. He said it felt like he was pulling it a foot off of the bones, but wasn’t far at all, it was painful, and the bruising afterwards was tremendous. BUT, it fixed his hip pain almost immediately and it has never bothered him since and has been over a year.
Now, on to where PE comes in to play. I have been doing manual stretches for a while now with good flaccid hang improvement, and more frequent random erections than I have had in my life (also I quit porn and my libido and drive to just be a more bad-ass human is basically through the roof.)
What if, you used one hand to do a regular manual stretch, I personally like low angles and SD, and used the other hand to push/pull/hook whatever you can do safely to then stretch the suspensory ligament?
