So I’ve been doing a lot of manual stretches and have been pulling hard on my penis and skin. I can clearly see little circular around the shaft stretch marks forming. I’m wondering if I’m doing too much. I grasp the skin low and pull which gives my skin a very hard stretch (an gives my penis a very good stretch too). I don’t want the stretch marks to get bigger. Are you more susceptible to getting stretch marks by doing manual stretches than by doing jelqs or hanging?

The aim of the manual stretch is to stretch the ligaments, not the actual skin of the penis, so revise how you’re stretching, I stretch with my grip an inch below the glans and find that this minimizes skin stretching and maximises lig stretch- you feel your ligs stretching as opposed to stretching your skin

I also jelq with a product called Bio-Oil, I combine this with Vitamin E cream, both these products target the reduction of stretch marks and promote elasticity of skin, I haven’t got any stretch marks on my penis but using these two products can’t hurt in future prevent, you can apply some prior to stretching if you wish, and on top of it all it makes a great lube that’s easy to clean up also leaves the penis looking and feeling very hydrated

It’s pretty hard to get a good grip on your penis when you just grab an inch behind the glans. I end up having to squeeze really strenuously on the glans. Even if I grasp more skin below (like I normally do), it is not so easy to keep the grip tight enough. I don’t use baby power.

Are you using the OK grip? Try using an old t-shirt for better grip, I tend to do this when I stretch and it helps a lot with grip.

STOP gripping on your glans, not the way to stretch, you’ll end up with more problems than stretch marks on your unit.

How long have you been stretching for (days, months/time)? Are you on the newbie routine?
