Manual stretch & jelq in one...
I started doing this exercise while taking breaks between hanging sets. You could call it a manual stretch and jelq in one exercise. I don’t see this exercise useful if you’re stretching below straight out.
I would get into a manual stretch, in a direction of straight out or about 120 degrees up. Pull as far as you can out, without any discomfort. Then with my other hand, I would do jelq strokes from the base to where my grip reaches. To get further up the shaft with jelq strokes, I would open up my “ok” grip, so that my grip doesn’t get in the way of jelqing to the head, or near the head. I tend to do manual stretches with my whole hand on the shaft, but with this exercise you can’t do that, or you would leave the top part of your shaft unjelqed. You should be about 25% to 50% erect.
I wanted to throw this exercise out there to see what you guys think or if there’s any potential in it. Like I said, I only do this exercise between hanging sets, so I’m not sure if this exercise can provide gains, but my flaccid size looks awesome after performing this exericise.
