Manual streches make me shrink

Does you guys have same effect. When puling my hardest streches (which are real hard) my penis goes red, it hurts and unit shrinks to smaller stage than usual flaccid?

Is your flaccid longer after manual streches or does it shrink (turtle)?


Start 20.4.2010: BPEL = 6.6 EG = 4.3 EGB = 4.8

Current: BPEL = 6.9 EG = 4.7 EGB = 4.9

Goal: BPEL = 7.5 EG = 5+

Well mines is longer and after jelqing its longer til I shower, then it turtles. I’m wearing an ads to stop that and purchasing an extender to wear when I’m done.

Well, you might try not pulling so hard. I gained an inch from just manual stretching and jelking, but I don’t remember ever pulling till it hurt.

How long did that inch take you? I haven’t measured in a loong time.

You are pulling it way too hard causing the turtling and lack of growth. Cut back on the force.

To answer your question, my penis hangs longer and fuller after my stretching routines. I’m in the 11th week of a manual stretching routine and have gained 1/4” in length. I’m very pleased.

There is always different methods like JAI, then I try to search them but it gives me a lot of links. Every link where JAI is mentioned. Is there any good glossary about different techniques so you could always look from there when you see a new PE-word?

B4: ?? 2019: 6.875" NBPEL / 7.5" BPEL / 5.75" EG

2/20: ?? NBPEL / 7.75" BPEL / 5.75" EG

Goal: 8" x 5.75", maybe coveted 8 x 6

I used to pull veru hard and gained nothing to very little .. Jai are repeated stretches (til 20 x set) : you have to stretch it very gently and after 2 seconds stop stretching it while keep holfing the grip (preferably an “ok” one just below the glans). The key for the succes is to stretch it to the point it is elastic.. No further stretching after that point.. Another very good exercise is tunica tugs.. Make a search about it.


Start (october 2010) : BPEL 18,5 cm ; EL 17,5 cm ; MSEG 13,75 cm ,BEG 14,25 cm ;FL 12 cm ; FG 10,75 cm ; BPFSL 18,5 cm

3 months later ( January 2011) : BPEL 19 cm ; EL 18 cm ; MSEG 14 cm ; BEG 14,5 cm FL (hard to say if it grows due to size shifting of the soft state.. The same as before or bigger!) ; FG 11 cm ; BPFSL 19 cm***all hard sizes taken @ my hardest and doing a kegel***Goal: cementing a round 18 x 14 hard coupled with a good EQ.

You are pulling too hard. The human body feeds back stress with precision, too little and you get no result, and too much and you get damage. Just the right amount and you get growth. The challenge of PE is that everyone has to find their own “just right” tension, duration and rest.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"
