Hello hello, so I’ve been on my routine for 9 days now, today was an off day, and so I have some questions about the manual stretches from the Newbie Routine video. My first is that in the description it it’s said that there are “10 stretches for 30 seconds each” if I am remembering correctly, however I have only counted 6 and they would be the downward, upward, left, right, rotor stretch, and the BTC stretch. Now if you want to count the rotor stretch clockwise and counter clockwise that is still only putting us at 7 and so I feel there are some stretches that I might be missing. The second is regarding the sets, now when I do the routine I do each stretch once for 30 seconds, for the rotor I just take 30 seconds to make one rotation for both counter clockwise and clockwise but I still can’t shake the feeling that I am doing something wrong here should I do each stretch more then once? Now for the last question, should I be completely flaccid for the stretches? Up until yesterday I was trying to do them at a 50%-60% election and didn’t really feel anything after, but yesterday after trying them flaccid it felt more intense and I am still feeling it afterwards today, it reminded me of how I feel during normal gym sessions (I’m not doing PE at the gym btw). So with that being said can anyone help me clear this up? As always any and all advise is appreciated.

Stretching is done flaccid only, since blood thickens the internal structure of your penis due to pressure. How you do your sets is based on your personal preference. I tend to hold a stretch for a minute or so, under light to moderate load. Do 10 stretches, the next day try to isolate a movement - for me SD and BTC really work out suspensory ligaments. You can do two sets of stretches, with your total balance reaching 14 stretches, which is completely fine, since some of us wear ADS and hang for multiple sets.

Remember. Stretch flaccid, jelq semi-erect or pumped with blood from kegeling.
