Manual stretching is too hard for me.

Manual stretching is too hard for me.

Hello PE fellows! I’m a newbie here and have some questions to ask because I’ve read all the sticky posts and do a lot of searching but I still can’t find the right answer for some questions so I’m going to post a thread to ask, all replies appreciated, thanks.

In the guide to do the manual stretches properly, they said that you had to pull the foreskin back toward the base, then grasp behind the head, stretch the penis out, hold for about 30-60 seconds.

That’s it, But when I try to do that, It feels like simulating a noose style traction device that puts a lot of pressure on the head, very uncomfortable.
I’ve tried to just grasp behind the head, but Not pulling the foreskin back, thus the foreskin would protect my head.
I’m very confused. Thanks for concern.

Thanks marinera, I’ve read your post, did you mean that my problem is how I grasp my penis?

I tried to pull as hard as possible with the V grip but my head started to get hurt, and I couldn’t feel any stretches on my ligaments, tunica.

I’m still reading your post and practicing my technique.. This is not easy as I thought.

If I understood well, I guess you pull the foreskin back then you grab just behind the glans, right? If I try do that, it doesn’t work for me because when I apply the force to stretch, the foreskin pulled makes my hand slide through the glans and doesn’t work. So, what I do is to pull the foreskin back and grab something like 1” or more behind the glans. Then when I apply the force to stretch it will slide a bit toward the glans and “lock” just behind it. The 1” can vary, you find what works best for you.

I hope this solves your problem.

Start January 2013: NBPEL 6.2" (15,7cm) / MSEG 5.2" (13,2cm) / BPEL 6.6"(16,8cm) / FL - 3.5" (9cm) / FG - 3.9" (10cm)

Mid-term Goal : NBPEL 6.7"(17cm) / MSEG 5.5"(14cm) / FL 4.5" (11,5cm) / FG 4.5"(11,5cm)

You shouldn’t pull as hard as possible, you should apply a pull of about 10 lbs max, at least in the first weeks, then you can go harder if you think it is better for you.

I would make use of zinc powder, a very thin layer on your glans and right underneath; and make also use of an aiding grip (toilet paper, kleenex, a small t-shirt square…). You shouldn’t squeeze the glans. I will explain this better with the help of a pic, ASAP.

Hi simplegain, that’s right, I pulled the foreskin back then I grab just behind the head.

Did you mean that I shouldn’t pull the foreskin back All the way, just pull it back enough to reduce skin stretching and focus more on the tunica and ligaments, right?

Basically this, but the main point is that you need to manage to make your grip be fixed behind your glans in a way you don’t squeeze the glans, like marinera said.

Apply a geeeentle pull. Grip behind glans without squeezing the living shit of it and pull outwards, gently pull in all directions for a few seconds and then settle in the direction you were meant to pull. Something that occurred to me only this week due to stress-relaxation extender use.

Geeeeeentle.

I’ve tried both ways, simplegain’s way and DomXZ’s way.

The result: I feel more stretch with simplegain’s way: leave some skin on the head.

DomZX’s way: I grab it behind the head (foreskin pulled back), no squeezing the glans, it just feels like I’m pulling my glans out of my penis, I feel no stretches on the ligs and tunica with this approach. I still don’t get it.

I’m wondering if PE exercises’re performed differently from people to people, and based on each individual’s penis structure.

As a foreskin less guy I have no help to offer. Just wanted to stop in and say:

Thanks for that. It really does help in the smooth running of this place when guys make the effort.

Running a Massive Co-Front.

Hi guys I think maybe I’ve found the solution, I read a post of a guy named hobby, I think this guy is very professional. His idea is to stretch skin at first to build adequate slack, you want enough skin slack for skin to be out of the way entirely. So the internals can take all the stretches because when you grip tight enough and form a shoulder of the head and pull out, there will be no tension on the glans.

You don’t want all the weight suspended from the head.

There are 3 things that can take the load: skin, head, and the internals (via this “shoulder” we’re talking about).

Stretching skin is sometimes necessary at first or even later to build adequate slack, but a hanger dangling from skin won’t make your penis longer. Some of the guys reporting using heavy weights early in their hanging careers undoubtedly have skin taking a portion of the load. It doesn’t take much skin involvement to make a given weight feel a lot lighter.

You don’t want the head to support much of the load. It can’t take much anyway without being painful.

Ideally, you want enough skin slack for skin to be out of the way entirely. With lighter weights the internals can take all the load. With heavier weights the head can share a little of it.

Basically this is the BIB, AFB hanging concept.

I think you are misunderstanding things Overdoseads. Hanging, expecially with a clamping-style hanger, is a completely different thing than manual stretching; beside that, I think those directions are meant for circumcised guys, if you are cut you don’t need anymore sking - actually more skin will be counterproductive.

Thanks for the advices guy.
I think I am in between cut and uncut. My foreskin is pretty much half covering the head when I am flaccid, but not covering the head at all when I am erect. If I grip the base of my shaft and stroke my hand all the way up to the head my foreskin covers the entire head.

I have tried using leather gloves, toilet paper, and apply some Johnson baby powder to enhance my grip, I can grab with out slipping but when I pulled it out very gentle and hold, I still couldn’t feel any stretches on the tunica, ligaments, It just feels like I’m pulling my glans out of my penis, I’m not trying to piss you off but maybe this really doesn’t work for me Or I’m just stupid and need more practice, lol

Today I’ve found one more post, I think I can share this with you guys

Does that make sense? Here in the States, circumcision has been a routine procedure for decades. Circumcised men often find that they have not enough free-moving shaft skin left to make manual stretches work very well. When making the grip near the glans and pulling for the stretch, they can find that their shaft skin goes super tight before much stretching force gets into the tunica and ligaments.

You just grip enough to get some tension into the penile tissues during the stretch. This does take some practice to find what works well for you. If you are feeling pain, you are either squeezing too hard with your grip, and/or pulling too hard for the stretch. Both jelqing and manual stretches can take a lot of trial and error to get right.

Oh, and you do not sound like a moron at all. Much of what is described in PE forums can be hard to visualize, and even more so if English is not your native language.

With my foreskin not being pulled all the way back, (Just pull it back enough so I can grab my glans to stretch my penis out, then wrap, that’s what I do when I hang with my AFB) I think It’s similar to manual stretching for uncut guys.
