Manual stretches, no warmup

Just wondering what the TP community thinks in regards doing manual stretching throughout the day. (30 sec up, down ect) I am on my third week of PE doing the newbie routine. Perform these stretches as part of my routine but only after a proper warmup. I do JAI’s during the day, should manual stretching be done without a proper warmup? Thanks


Started PE 6/14/13. BPEL 6.5", NBPEL 5.5", MSEG 4.75"

7/18/13 BPEL 6.75, NBPEL 5.75, MSEG 4.875

8/9/13 BPEL 7", NBPEL 6", MSEG 4.875

Stretching throughout the day when you have the opportunity is ok.

Some call them piss-pulls as they are performed after a piss, or any other time when you have a moment to yourself.

Be careful in elevators or corporate hallways though, cameras are everywhere.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

Heat is the key!

I gained an inch-plus a decade before the concept of “proper warmup” existed. I did none.

I’ve always thought about this and not warming up when short on time or in a pinch. Thanks for the info
