I am new to PE, like 1-2 months. Recently I tried stretching two ways. One is get the grip all the way at the base, then pull forward. Measure how far out the tip of your penis gets. Then do it another way. Pull the skin toward the base and get a light grip just below the glans. But the point where the shaft attaches to the glans is very delicate. You would not want to rip it so you can’t grip that hard. But just get a light grip and pull a little.
For me, when I just lightly gripped the head with the skin loose, I got significantly farther, than when I brought as much skin with me as I could in the stretch. I put my pointer and middle finger under the frenulum - not right under the glans - to keep pressure off the frenulum. So I do not put the two fingertips between the glans and the frenulum. I put them further from the underside of the glans, past the frenulum. You do not want tension on the frenulum. And my thumb in the center of the coronal ridge, with a little contact with the skin too, just so I am not pulling the skin right below the coronal ridge tight.
Then I take my thumb and pointer finger on my other hand and get under the glans from the sides, again with a tiny bit of slack skin there so I am not pulling entirely on the glans-shaft attachment point. With two hands, I can apply enough force to just begin to feel a stretch in the tunica/ligaments, but with lots of slack in the skin (skin taking none of the load).
**I am not saying this is the way!** I am just saying its something I’m trying out.. For discussion’s sake. I would not just take an OK grip below the head. That does not feel comfortable to me. But when I grip at the 5 points I described, using 2 hands, it feels safe.
Actually, when I grip the tip, I can barely feel the stretch, but I know the head’s farther out. So that leads me to believe that gripping the skin from closer to the base and pulling forward can’t be stretching the penis that hard, just the skin. When I grab lower on the shaft, the head can even retract under the skin.
To stretch the actual penis (tunica/ligaments?) I would need to be able to get a better grip on the head, which really isn’t possible to do safely. So my next idea is to try a vacuum hanger. Those grip the glans more safely so I could get a fuller stretch. But I have to save up for one.
I think if you are intact then you have some benefits with PE. If you are not intact, like me, and you actually make gains, the skin could become too tight! So you’d have to go through extra trouble to do dedicated skin stretch. However, in your case, no matter how much you gain, you never have to worry about running out of skin. Also, when you do get an effective stretching grip, whether it’s a bib hanger style grip, or a vacuum hanger grip, or a good manual grip, the skin will always have enough slack not to take the load away from the tunica/ligaments. So I think that will help you. The skin will be your friend in the long term.
Anyway this is just my understanding of things now. Always subject to change as I am new to PE. Please don’t take it too seriously, I am just posting my own thoughts.
