Manual Stretching For Uncircumcised Penis Issues

Hi Don Logan. So, do you not retract your foreskin during the stretching? Do you make the grip with the glans covered by the foreskin? Have you obtained any gains in length stretching that way? Please let us know.

I’m doing frenulum exercises to enlarge it, I hope it works. Also I’m practicing with the V grip.

When I was like 15 years old, I tried to enlarge my frenulum. When erect, I pulled my foreskin back, with force, over and over, and as you can guess, I got hurt. I bled a little, a lot of pain, but my frenulum didn’t enlarge.

I will practice the stretch again in a moment.

Yes I tried the V stretch with the glans covered. I can’t do the normal stretch because of my frenulum.

What do you mean when you say: “the ligament stretch feels completely different”?

Honestly, when I do the stretch (normal or V) with the glans covered, I can feel the tension only in the body of the penis and the ligament, without tension in the skin, but everybody says that it is wrong. What do you think about?

Hey mate, sorry for the late response. I haven’t been on in a while because I took time off PE. I still had some remnants of pain on that left side after a week break; tomorrow will be 2 weeks and my dick feels much better now so I’m back 😀.

Sorry to hear about your frenulum issue man. Is it so short that you can’t retract the foreskin completely?

Before when I thought I was stretching my dick the burn I would feel was more in the skin, but when I started stretching with the skin retracted it was as if I had grabbed onto the meaty part of the shaft. So when I pulled my dick like that I could feel the most amazing stretching feeling from inside the penis. Not only inside the penis, but I could feel a stretch from inside of me, the root of the dick that is hidden in us felt like it was being pulled out. Its a very strange feeling, it felt so good, almost mildly orgasmic, but I instantly had that thought like “Oh shit. Okay, this is 100% how it’s meant to feel. I’ve been doing it wrong until now.”

Hey if you do the stretch and you can feel it in the ligaments then keep doing that bro. I read one poster who said that he had gained over an inch in a year by doing all of his stretches without his foreskin retracted. Everyone’s dick is unique so what doesn’t work for some might work for others.

I would say the best description I can give on how I knew I could feel the ligament stretch was happening was that the stretch with skin covering the glans felt like a Chinese burn (that thing kids would do where they twist the skin on your arm in two different directions, stretching it giving an almost burning sensation. Google Chinese burn.) If you’re feeling that, then I’d say you are only stretching the skin of your dick. If you feel the stretch feeling more mildy orgasmic, or almost like you feel like peeing, then that’s when its an effective stretch. Again though these are just my observations, maybe some others will read that description and be scratching their heads.

Hi Don Logan,

That’s actually very interesting. In theory then perhaps stretching the skin would have some benefits. Perhaps people like myself who only get a skin stretch with the skin unpeeled and who get pain with the skin peeled could utilize the unpeeled method and stretch out the skin to the point where it can be used as a cushion for the finger grip below the glans to prevent injury.

As I type this though it dawned on me though, wouldn’t some tissue or something else also work just as well as some extra skin? I tried using tissue and it helped with grip but nothing to really prevent pain or injury.

He doesn’t have a foreskin. I think what he’s saying is that he has grown some skin near his glans so he utilizes that to enhance his grip, rather than retracting that skin he bunches it forwards. That’s my interpretation atleast, hopefully Don can elaborate.

Correct, in many circumstances but not always, I do not retract. I used to always retract, but then I learned the value of bunching the skin forward.

Hi man. I can retract completely when my dick is soft. When erect, I can retract my foreskin just until the limit of my glans, I can’t pull back my foreskin beyond that. If you could see a picture you would see how short my frenulum is. I tried frenulum exercises but they’re too painful, I gave up with that.

So, are you stretching well now? Don’t you feel pain anymore?

I will try other ways to stretch, using tape for example.

I have those feelings when I caress the crown of the glans (la Corona del glande, I don’t know how it’s called in English). When I caress from the right to the left and vice versa, it feels like a combination between a mini orgasm and peeing. I do that when I need to get hard for jelqing.

Hi,

That’s good that you can retract while soft because your dick has to be soft when doing manual stretches anyway!

You sure you don’t suffer from phimosis and maybe its just your foreskin which is too tight? Because looking at my dick my frenulum also looks pretty short, but I can still retract fully.

I have only been jelqing lately to be honest. I tried to stretch yesterday and it just doesn’t feel quite right to me. At the moment when I feel like I am getting a good stretch, I can also feel that I am putting my dick at risk of injury. It feels like a very fine line and discourages me from trying to stretch, which sucks because I really want length.

I won’t give up trying to stretch yet though. I will post here if I figure it out.

Hey Man. I don’t have phimosis. When I’m soft and I pull my foreskin back, it retracts completely but my glans goes down because of my frenulum. I also have high sensitivity in that zone with bloody vessels.

I’ve just watched the stretching video from thunder’s place and the guy don’t retract his foreskin. Look that.

There was a YouTube channel called totalman, the videos were unsensored, and the guy there showed stretching techniques, I will try those techniques too.

Found a couple of good posts here

uncircumcised hanging

Hanging Progress New anti-slip method

More related to hanging but let’s you know what people have tried that may work for you. Currently trying some things from those posts. Sounds like the main thing for uncut folks like us, for any type of stretching, is to have the skin pulled back exposing the glans

I am new to PE, like 1-2 months. Recently I tried stretching two ways. One is get the grip all the way at the base, then pull forward. Measure how far out the tip of your penis gets. Then do it another way. Pull the skin toward the base and get a light grip just below the glans. But the point where the shaft attaches to the glans is very delicate. You would not want to rip it so you can’t grip that hard. But just get a light grip and pull a little.

For me, when I just lightly gripped the head with the skin loose, I got significantly farther, than when I brought as much skin with me as I could in the stretch. I put my pointer and middle finger under the frenulum - not right under the glans - to keep pressure off the frenulum. So I do not put the two fingertips between the glans and the frenulum. I put them further from the underside of the glans, past the frenulum. You do not want tension on the frenulum. And my thumb in the center of the coronal ridge, with a little contact with the skin too, just so I am not pulling the skin right below the coronal ridge tight.

Then I take my thumb and pointer finger on my other hand and get under the glans from the sides, again with a tiny bit of slack skin there so I am not pulling entirely on the glans-shaft attachment point. With two hands, I can apply enough force to just begin to feel a stretch in the tunica/ligaments, but with lots of slack in the skin (skin taking none of the load).

**I am not saying this is the way!** I am just saying its something I’m trying out.. For discussion’s sake. I would not just take an OK grip below the head. That does not feel comfortable to me. But when I grip at the 5 points I described, using 2 hands, it feels safe.

Actually, when I grip the tip, I can barely feel the stretch, but I know the head’s farther out. So that leads me to believe that gripping the skin from closer to the base and pulling forward can’t be stretching the penis that hard, just the skin. When I grab lower on the shaft, the head can even retract under the skin.

To stretch the actual penis (tunica/ligaments?) I would need to be able to get a better grip on the head, which really isn’t possible to do safely. So my next idea is to try a vacuum hanger. Those grip the glans more safely so I could get a fuller stretch. But I have to save up for one.

I think if you are intact then you have some benefits with PE. If you are not intact, like me, and you actually make gains, the skin could become too tight! So you’d have to go through extra trouble to do dedicated skin stretch. However, in your case, no matter how much you gain, you never have to worry about running out of skin. Also, when you do get an effective stretching grip, whether it’s a bib hanger style grip, or a vacuum hanger grip, or a good manual grip, the skin will always have enough slack not to take the load away from the tunica/ligaments. So I think that will help you. The skin will be your friend in the long term.

Anyway this is just my understanding of things now. Always subject to change as I am new to PE. Please don’t take it too seriously, I am just posting my own thoughts.

Hey man,

Thanks for those recommendations I will look into them. I won’t post any links here but I did a very quick Google search for frenulum stretches and there are actually a lot of guides for them online. I don’t know if you have tried those but I think it sounds like you need to do those before you try going further and stretching your dick. You don’t want to rip that frenulum man. If you have tried those and had no results then you should probably see your doctor, I also read there are some steroidal creams that can help along with the frenulum stretches.

I actually started stretching again too. I don’t use too much intensity at the moment (just enough to feel the ligaments stretching) and I stretch very slowly and carefully to make sure I use the perfect amount of force and stop myself there so that I don’t over do it even a little.

Also I am very careful with my grip. I have found what seems like the ideal grip so far. So its a mix of the retract foreskin method and Don Logan’s method that he mentioned in this thread.

I retract the foreskin back fully but as we talked about previously that exposed skin beneath the foreskin and below the glans has those tiny and fragile blood vessels that seem to be vulnerable to damage and are what cause the pain I think, at least in my case.

So what I do is after I retract the skin back fully, I roll it back up a little, and bunch that skin up a little bit to create like a thick cushion of skin under the glans, almost like a rubber tire. Holding onto that, and then pulling, although still requiring me to be very mindful and follow the precautions stated above, allows me to get a good enough hold to stretch, feeling it in my ligaments and not in the skin.

Hey man,

Thanks for sharing. Very detailed explanation 👌

I agree with you on starting the grip a bit below frenulum. I find the lower (further from the head) I can get away with gripping the dick under the foreskin, the more comfortable it feels, and less likely to induce pain.

Hey,

Just wanted to let you guys know that I’ve been using the V grip and it’s amazing. I can stretch as needed without pain. It’s great.

Also a negative though: I have started developing some bad Turkey Neck 😔. I have therefore stopped jelqing altogether as of today, as I feel like that’s what has caused it mostly. I will just be sticking to stretching from now on. Turkey neck and a saggy scrotum sucks really bad, I didn’t think I’d get it this soon, only two months into my PE journey. Seeing that today almost made me want to quit altogether but I am deciding to see if manual stretching by itself will be alright.

I’ll keep you guys posted on if the Turkey neck continues to worsen.

Glad you found a good stretching method! Mine has been holding up well enough the last few weeks. Sometimes I can get a good fatigue with it other times I can’t really feel it though.
