Manual stretching question

I’m new to PE and I have read lots, but can’t find an answer about how often you should manually stretch. Anybody have any advice?

There is no right or wrong answer. After I finished my newbie routine, I went into a 5 day on 2 day off routine and I lost EQ. What you should look at is how your erections are and decide based on that. If you are just starting out, you should do THE NEWBIE routine. Don’t stretch anymore then recommend there. If you need info, use the search button.

Like alborz said, don’t do much in the beginning, you want to make sure you ease into it
