Masturbating after PE

Does masturbating affect anything with PE? A long as you’re done with your routine is it fine to masturbate or should it be limited for best results?

My short answer is NO, especially if you’re done with your routine. It hasn’t hurt me in over 4 years. I will say, though, that if you have trouble staying motivated then don’t masturbate so that you’ll have that built up testosterone energy to keep you on track.
