Been on this forum for quite sometime but have never really committed to doing PE. Hoping to get more serious now and what I find so far with my body is that I need to regularly release (almost daily) otherwise my libido goes down.

A few times I have edged and not released, I have found the next day I lose my desire and then EQ goes down. Obviously it goes down too when I get a bit over zealous and do too much.

Anyone else in the same boat? I’m trying to find the right balance in maintaining good EQ.

Used to blow the dynamite once per week, and the horniness and libido was just out of control, ending up with few episodes of turtling. Along with it, stamina drastically decreased.

Jumped to 3 times per week and so far noticed: better and lower flaccid, more stamina. EQ still at 10.

I release when I have to, but never during my routine. I have found that if I do go over the edge or ejaculate unexpectedly (use to happen a lot in the beginning) it would hamper my gains. So when I need to ejaculate I would do my routine including the warm down and everything, give it an hour at least, and then edge with a happy ending. Anything from 3 times a week to once a week. But that’s just me. Most important rule in PE is listen to your body.

Anytime, except: right before your PE session or right after the session.

I normally exercise in the morning or during the day and then edge at night. Still working out how much to release but I find that if I don’t blow for two days in a row my libido goes down. Will have to find the right pattern.

I used to use porn for edging but now can do it with just the sensation and visualization.

I have used porn, but like you said, its counter productive. I use no external stimulus other than my thoughts and hands. I just concentrate on the feeling and being in the moment. Made a difference in our sex life as well. Women can tell when your not in the moment during sex, and its distracting if you think of other stuff during the deed. So be in the moment.

If you have sex daily relationships … it is also good masturbation 3 or 4 times a week? For the libido and the EQ?

No, it is too much. You are losing too much testosterone.

Listen mates, I will write something that I have read in a mans’s health site somewhere and found it logical and accurate I just can’t remember the source to . I wrote that in the past somewhere I also can’t remember.

Numbers of ejaculations per week to maintain high testosterone levels and libido. Half of them is recommended to be from sexual intercourse. It is refering to a healthy man of average physical condition. That means maybe for a man who does some kind of physical exercise.

Up to 25 years old 10-12 times a week.
25-35 years old 7-10 times a week.
35-45 years old 4-7 times a week.
45-55 years old 2-5 times a week.
55 and over 1-2 times a week.

I think I remember it correctly.

Anyway, the arctilce was claiming that if you go passed that your body does not have the time to replenish testosterone and you are feeling constanlty tired, meaning you have no sexual stamina and if you go below that your body kind of put itself in sleep mode and you have low libido.

Interesting to know. Even at my peak I don’t think I ever got up to 10 to 12 on a regular basis.

Now that I’m in my late 30s ejaculating twice in one day will kill my libido for a day. The sweet spot though does seem to be 4-7 times a week.

I don’t think it is valid when on PE though, but I remember finding it quite accurate compared to myself.
