Title says it all, is it cheating to kegel while measuring MSEG?
Asking because I hit 5.5 first time today but only while “kegel’d”. But you can kegel during intercourse too.
Also, I did pump few hrs ago (3-4 hrs ago) which may falsify true MSEG, I usually sit at 5.3.

If you have a good read of this thread it will suggest waiting for about 2 days after any PE exercises before taking a measurement to know if the new size is natural.

Although I have also read that no matter how you measure for personal stats as long as its repeatable and consistent enough for you to accurately measure gains is fine also.

But bottom line the general consensus is wait 1-2 days.

In my opinion, if you measure it should be the same way each time. No matter if it’s with a cock ring, etc.

I know what you’re feeling. I’ve been stuck at 5” meg for a long time. But after a full workout, I can measure 5.125” around 6-8 hours later.

I just can’t seem to keep it permanently. Very frustrating.

In my opinion, a reported measurement should be based on a size that is repeatable, or, looking at it another way, a size that you can count on having for sex.

Personally I can pump and get edema up so my girth is 7” or more, and can have sex with it, but it’s not there everytime. I consider it a “fake” girth. Fun while it’s there but it’s there with prior prep, so I don’t count it.


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

I agree with that logic. Although once every blue moon I will measure MSEG right out the pump with c-ring and I have hit 5.7’ only once since, and that might not be much for TP standards but that’s my biggest ever. But yes otherwise I always measure MSEG while kegel’d for consistency.

I do hold a reverse kegel when measuring girth because I can’t get fully hard, so that is my best try to compensate. If I am fully hard there isn’t a difference in size when kegelling

That’s the thing bro, but so you pump?
I comitted to use an extender for minimum 6 months and then go into pumping. I lost patience after 1.5 months of extending and ordered the pump. I still wear the extender religiously, but pump as well.

I’m celibate at the moment and practicing semen retention (bramycharia/monk mode to be specific) as I have some short term goals to focus on academic and work wise, but I think if I were to have sex I would most definitely pump 30 mins to 1 hr before meeting her, those gains will still be there then.

But basically I follow this pump routine from vac pump 101 thread:

The following at 4/4.5 in Hg:

For every day (no days off).

First 7 days: 1 x 10 min. pump
2nd 7 days: 1x 15 min. pump
(I’m here currently)
3rd 7 days: 2 x 10 min. pump
4th 7 days: 2 x 15 min. pump
5th 7 days: 1 x 20 min + 1x 10 min
6th 7 days: 2 x 20 min pump
7th 7 days: 3 x 20 min pump
8th 7 days: 3x 10 min pump
Thereafter: To be decided.

And basically, I have heard that pumping gains have been permanent for some users, and I don’t doubt their sincerity. Me, I have only been pumping for 2 weeks though, they have for years.

IF pumping gains are not permanent for some, then my theory is that, let’s say your MSEG remains increased up to 5 hrs after a session. Perhaps, the idea is to always have another session prior the closing of that time window in relation to the “relevant time”.
Note: by relevant time I mean a time wherein you are not sleeping or working and could possibly be having sex. This follows that you pump once in the AM and once in the PM.
Like this I can see that your MSEG could always remain increased, but it’s like a tire that needs consistent pumping or it will deflate.

This I could live with although of course permanent gains are still the dream.

Even so, I would STILL continue pumping even after my MSEG gains were cemented (which I would never find out in the first place since I wouldnt stop pumping).

7 inch girth lol, actually I saw you mention this somewhere and it’s cool because seems you and your wife are on board with that.

But what is oedema? That sounds not healthy. I just need to get to 5.5’ girth w/o c-ring and prior pumping. Then from 5.5’ to 6’ and then just 0.25’ more and that’s my lifetime goal reached for MSEG. I realise this may take years but that’s cool.

Can you please elaborate on what is a reverse kegel? And why do you do this?
The origin of my question was basically because when I kegel that tube like structure running on the underside of the shaft expands a lot for me…like it literally creates 0.1 inches expansion.

If kegelling is like stopping your piss short, reverse kegelling is pushing your piss out more forcefully. Both achieve the same goal - they pump blood into your cock. Why am I doing this? For some reason I have problems with my EQs and they have been quite shitty for a while, so I can get to 80-85% hardness and that’s that. Thus I force blood into my cock by pushing my pelvic floor out via reverse kegels and It fills out the free space inside, getting as close to full erection as I can. When holding the kegel I’m about 95% hard. It does create expansion, but that is my point. If I could get hard as rock I wouldn’t need the kegels, but I have to measure every once in a while, so I resort to this.

May I ask what have you done for your impressive meg gain?

Like I said in another post, I haven’t measured my starting my starting girth back then, because it wasn’t important to me. My girl was already hurt by it, so I was always looking for length. That being said it is a guesstimate of mine that I was around 4.5-4.75” back then. About what I have done to get here: pretty much anything you can think of. Pumping with cylinder that’s too big, utilising golf weights for hanging and as cockrings (that makes your dick go extremely blue and buffed when you get hard), falling asleep with the said weights wrapped behind scrotum and waking up shocked when the unit is cold and purple, wearing cockrings for days and of course clamping with or without edging. I also think it may be due to how I am. In high school the boys and me usually compared one another by doing pull-ups and dips at the straight bar and parallel bars respectively and although I could barely pull myself up on the straight bar, while they did as much as they liked I usually destroyed them at the parallels with dips. So in the same fashion I may be slanted towards easier girth gains. Just my thoughts.
