Measuring upwards curve

Measuring upwards curve

I have a pretty extreme upwards curve. When measuring, should I pin the measuring tape right against the shaft or let it float?

Also, do you think my goals are realistic? I’m a super hard gainer, unless I’ve been measuring wrong. Been stretching and hanging since October with no gains

Start: 4.5" bpel, 4" eg

Goal: 7" bpel 5" eg.

Hell, I'll take 6bpel, just get me out of the 4s and 5s

Doesn’t matter. It’s not a competition. Just be consistent, so that you can measure your own gains.

How have you been hanging? Explain.

Nobody can really tell you if you will reach your goals. Just pay attention to your PI’s and hope for the best.

DONT OVERTRAIN! :fie:
