What is the proper way to measure an erect or flaccid penis? To the bone ? My flaccid measurement always come up different.

Measuring the flaccid size is not a joke because there is not a flaccid size but many. If you can visually decide which is your “average” flaccid size, then yes the way is measuring to the bone.

Length should always be measured against the pubic bone. No matter if it is erect of flaccid.

Mine always measures differently when flaccid.

Measuring from the bone gets the most average result though.
