Meds that will stop turtling

Why are some people growers and others showers ? I can’t be certain but I have a theory that growers simply have less blood flow to their penis due to a greater reaction to adrenaline. Adrenaline (also known as epinephrine) locks onto receptors in the smooth muscle surrounding the blood vessels causing vasoconstriction or shrinkage of the vessels and therefore a degree of shrinkage of your cock. The more adrenaline the more shrinkage. So if you get scared, you get small.

Anyway there is a med out that that is specifically designed to prevent this. It’s not designed for the penis of course but is meant for the bladder muscles and prostate. But it works brilliantly on your cock too.

Many men as they age suffer from enlarged prostate (BPH) which makes it harder for them to pee. Also the muscles at the neck of the bladder become tighter causing the same effect. The latter is something I believe has happened to me and I was prescribed Alpha blockers. Whilst taking the meds my cock was hanging a lot better, but it took me a while to put two and two together and realize it was the alpha blockers that gave me the hang.

I have tried various type of alpha blockers, slow release tamsulosin, faster acting doxazosin, which I was prescribed and also bought for myself online. They all do the trick, and I don’t suffer any sides at all, the dose is quite low.

If you don’t want to take them all the time they can be used on special occasions such as stripping off in front of a new woman. Simply pop one a couple of hours before hand and hep presto you’re hanging. Also you get much stronger morning wood too.

What about yohimbine ?

I tried something called yohimbine HCL, not sure if it is the proper stuff, but it did nothing for me.

Cialis (tadalafil) will relax the smooth muscle of the penis and make you look larger and especially so after a good P E workout.

To be honest I haven’t found cialis or viagra to be as effective for my flaccid as alpha blockers. Not to mention alpha blockers are much cheaper.

It won’t be long until a cosmetic surgeon makes use of this fact? I heard of someone using a heart medication gel to enhance erections. What would be really strange would be botox for the penis, but that is probably a really, really, really bad idea.

I asked you about yohimbine because yohimbine is an alpha blocker.

Yes that’s true. There are different types of alpha receptors in the body. Yohimbine probably targets different ones to alpha blockers. I did research it all once, but I’ve forgotten.

THIS IS AMAZING!

But let me back up… I joined here many years ago and had great success with stretching. After my wife started complaining that I was hurting her, I stopped stretching and stopped participating in the forum. I was still a “grower”, but I didn’t go to nude beaches or anything, so hurtling didn’t bother me much.

Three days ago my doctor prescribed me an alpha blocked for BHP. The very day I took it noticed I was suddenly “hanging” much better. I didn’t put much thought in it, I hang well sometimes. But then the next day and today I was hanging low, too. So this morning I Googled “alpha blocked penis” and this thread was one of the top hits!

I can confirm that an alpha blocker, In my case Flomax, makes a HUGE difference in my penis hang. It’s suddenly relaxed and hanging like I always thought it should. Great thread scotland!

Yes, that's a gain of 1.8 inches. And no... That's not my real picture.

LOL! I had forgotten about that avatar. That’s not really my, by the way.

Lots and lots of water and warm underwear will do the trick. Simple, cheap and substance free.

I’d be somewhat vary of taking medication just to get a bigger flaccid penis. If you have a condition, by all means. But the nature of this thread seem to abuse the medicine.

First, I wasn’t urging men to take an alpha blocker simply to increase the size of their flaccid penis. I just noticed a striking difference after my doctor prescribed me something for BHP. When I did a little research, it turns out that yes, alpha blockers DO have an effect on the penis.

Having said that, this forum is all about information, and people are free to make their own choices. Many people would be critical of men for stretching, pumping, jelqing, and kegeling, but the information is here and so that people considering it can make their own decisions. If a man is a turtler and he wants to go to a nude beach, he might want to try an alpha blocker, and the decision is his. Warm underwear might make you hang while you’re wearing it, but as soon as it comes off the hanging goes away and the turtling comes back. That’s not an effective solution if you’re spending the day at a nude beach. Nervousness also causes turtling, so using the example scotland used in his first post, warm underwear isn’t really going to be effective when you’re getting naked around a new girlfriend for the first time.

I just realized that Tamsulosin, which the original poster used, and Flomax, which I was recently prescribed, are the exact same drug. Side effects are incredibly rare and the drug is used safely by millions of men all over the world. I’m not urging turtlers to run out and buy some Flomax, but if turtling is an issue that concerns them, they have the right to make their own decisions on what is best for them.

I love my alpha blocked (tamsulosin) penis. Much more impressive flaccid package since commencing this medication for my prostate.

So, alpha blockers are all dispensed by prescription? How then can we access it?
