I was wondering if anybody knew where I could find a decently heavy ball ring (or cock ring) to wear on my scrotum to stretch it a bit. If anyone can think of any household items that may be useful or where I can buy one discreetly that would be great.

I’ll add that if you want to stretch your scrotum and avoid turkey neck, etc. I would recommend something like this:
