Mid Shaft Erect Girth Techniques?

I have been working hard on girth and have managed to get some gains… but at both ends of the shaft and not in the middle.

Base has gone up to 5.5"
Behind the glans is up to 5.5"
Mid-shaft is sitting at 5.125" and won’t budge.

Any specific techniques that focus on mid-shaft?

Began (1/9/2023) BPEL 6.175” x MSEG 4.875”

Current (11/26/2024) BPEL 7.7” x MSEG 5.125”. Goal BPEL 8.0” x MSEG 6.0”

Semi erect bends… be careful and be warmed up. Maybe bundled stretches which can be down flaccid.

I don’t have any advice, but I wondered what methods of PE have you been using?

Controlled traction stimulates the growth of all the tissue involved, but certain genetic characteristics may affect the final outcome. I wouldn’t know how to advise you on limiting growth to just the central part.

I suggest waiting for further recommendations!

Wish I could help Jim. I’ve recently, finally gained an .125” meg. I’m also up to 5.5” beg. Girth is hard, clamping works best for me.

But, trying to focus on a particular part of the shaft, is going to be hard to accomplish.


Start 8/15/18-BPEL-6.75” MEG-4.625”

2/17/20-BPEL-7.125” MEG-5”

Goal- 8”x5.5”

I’ve had mid girth growth success with jelq squeezes where you hold at the base and behind the head so you trap the blood in the middle of your penis. I’ll hold it like this for 60-90 seconds and then go back to regular 3-5 second jelqing. I’ll do that every 3-5 minutes or so.

This technique works but you must be mindful of how hard you squeeze. I went too hard and ended up with (maybe permanent?) discoloration. That being said, if I had listened to my body and stopped squeezing harder once I got "the prickly feeling" I’d probably be ok.

I’ve also started this squeeze a few months ago. It may be part of the reason I finally gained another.125” after a few years of nothing.

I do the same squeeze, but only for 30 seconds.

Thank you all. Girth has been a struggle.

I did a full month of bundled stretches and didn’t really see any gains, but 1 month may not have been long enough. Combining that with clamping and some squeezes has "appeared" to add a little to the base and end. Perhaps I just need to be more patient.
