Mike's quest for 8x6
Hey guys this is my first post on the forum. I’ve been reading around for a few months, along with a few other sites. I’ve been doing routines I’ve read and learned along the way. At the moment I’m using or doing the following: I have a clamp device I use for length work and bundled stretches, also a Hercules Bathmate. Just recently I read a thread on this forum about air pumping so I purchased a vacu-tech flared 2”×9” cylinder. I’m still working with the air pump to figure out how to fully use the air pump. I’m about to get a cable clamp to start doing clamping along with my pumping. I’ve been thinking of doing some hanging but haven’t doing much research on it yet. Besides that I get morning stretching done in the AM after my shower. I then use an ADS system while at work. When I get home I do a few sets of bundled stretches before doing girth work.
Any help would be appreciated.
