My BPEL is tracking right along with my BPFSL. My stretched flaccid is almost a quarter inch longer than my EL, but they are both gaining the same right now. During my newbie period the flaccid gains came first and erect gains followed, but now every gain in my flaccid is mirrored by my erect measurement. The feeling of reaching each new mark on the ruler is really something. I don’t think I will ever stop PE.
All my work is manual stretching, dry jelqing at moderate to high erection levels, and edging in the clamp without the clamp being too tight. I use the clamp more as a cock ring than a tourniquet, and the edge sessions are getting longer and longer. I am targeting girth at this point, but the length gains are still happening. I have no set schedule. I might train hard for a few days and then take a few days off. Sometimes I only train a little each day and don’t take rest days for 7-10 days. I have been thinking about a decon break, but frankly I don’t think I can go that long without PE. I try to limit ejaculations to every other day, but I am not always successful with that! I do find that the longer I go without coming the bigger my flaccid hang is and the better my EQ is too. This makes my workouts seem more productive and I train more if I come less. My night wood wakes me up at 3am without fail if I don’t come before I go to sleep. I get painfully hard night wood and it is tough to get back to sleep if I don’t have a wank, but I am learning to edge more and come less.
