minimum bpfsl increase after workout to gain

minimum bpfsl increase after workout to gain

according to your experiences what is the minimum BPFSL increase after workout to gain stable BPFSL to which BPEL should follow? this question goes out especially to experienced people who have gained a fair amount of length and are now struggling in this area.
If we knew the minimum increase after workout you would know if the workout will yield gains or if you should change it. This would save a lot of time finding out what works for you and what not.

please, everyone who is following their BPFSL gains closely, respond. Everyone’s opinion is appreciated

no opinions?

I would think anything more than zero and the more the better. Applying a minimum might be unrealistic given that everyone is different and at different points in their training.

My personal observations over the last year was more increase during each workout during the newbie period and now that my flaccid stays bigger all the time the increase for each workout is less. I can shake it out and do some light stretching, measure the pre-workout BPFSL, then PE and find the post-workout measurement is only slightly larger (1/16” - 3/32”). Gains are still coming, but slowly as I am no longer a newbie. To pick a minimum gain for each workout and try to get there every time might be a bit dangerous. You should PE until your unit has had enough and stop there. Other factors are in play too such as hydration level, how beat up your unit is, the type of workout, etc.

I think you are still stuck with finding out what works for you!

I’ve not heard of that metric, poster. Sorry.

I don’t understand. Could you clarify?

Yes, I am still trying to figure out what works for me. However it is not because I am a newbie but because I have been PEing for 4 years and I haven’t gained length for over a year. I would like to know if an increase of 1/16” is going to give me some gain in the end which is why I was curious to what experiences others had. with my new routine I am only 1/16 - 2/16 longer post workout but that’s the first time I pay attention to it so I don’t know if it is worth continuing it. since you are also only gaining very little in post workout bpfsl and you are still gaining I hope it will work out for me too.

with your currents increases, how long does it take for you to gain 0.2 inches in bpfsl ( I am not talking about post workout)? I would really like to know.

thanks

My last .2” took more than three months. If you haven’t gained in over a year then it is time to change your workout.

your .2 inches bpfsl increase took 3 months? interesting. what was your bpel increase then?

during my last year I have changed my workout several times. I have started a new approach 3 weeks ago. If this does not work I will go back to hanging and try higher weights (slowly increasing) with the bib (but it is too damn expensive with $30 shipping). When i tried hanging with the vac hanger I could only manage to hang at 8 pounds which was obviously not enough for me.

My BPEL is tracking right along with my BPFSL. My stretched flaccid is almost a quarter inch longer than my EL, but they are both gaining the same right now. During my newbie period the flaccid gains came first and erect gains followed, but now every gain in my flaccid is mirrored by my erect measurement. The feeling of reaching each new mark on the ruler is really something. I don’t think I will ever stop PE.

All my work is manual stretching, dry jelqing at moderate to high erection levels, and edging in the clamp without the clamp being too tight. I use the clamp more as a cock ring than a tourniquet, and the edge sessions are getting longer and longer. I am targeting girth at this point, but the length gains are still happening. I have no set schedule. I might train hard for a few days and then take a few days off. Sometimes I only train a little each day and don’t take rest days for 7-10 days. I have been thinking about a decon break, but frankly I don’t think I can go that long without PE. I try to limit ejaculations to every other day, but I am not always successful with that! I do find that the longer I go without coming the bigger my flaccid hang is and the better my EQ is too. This makes my workouts seem more productive and I train more if I come less. My night wood wakes me up at 3am without fail if I don’t come before I go to sleep. I get painfully hard night wood and it is tough to get back to sleep if I don’t have a wank, but I am learning to edge more and come less.

Apologies for the bump, but I figure this is the best place to ask my question:

Last night I did a BPFSL and used a ruler, to my suprirse, I noticed that my BPFSL had reached my BPEL. When I started PE, my BPFSL was always at least 0.5 inches (or more) shorter than my BPEL, but now it’s caught up. Is this a good sign? Bad sign?

I don’t know, man. I guess it’s all about what you’re after. I’ve gained a bit of BPFSL, but very little in the way of erect gains. I’ve gotten far more flaccid gain than erect gain.

Honestly, I doubt anyone can give you anything definitive that applies to EVERYBODY.

Starting measurements (August 2009): BPEL: 7.625in EG:6.25in BPFSL: 7.5in flaccid BP length:4in

"Peak" measurements (Oct. 2012): BPEL: 8in EG: 6.625in BPFSL: 8.375 in flaccid BP length: 6in

Current measurements (Nov. 2017): BPEL: 8in EG: 5.75in BPFSL: 8.25in flaccid BP length: 6in
