More Jelq And Stretching The Better?

Since most of PE community says that we depend on cell division and growing new cells with stretching and jelqing, is it true that the longer time the penis will experience this so called “longer state”, the better chance of faster gains will arise?

Thanks for the answer. But I’m more leaning towards is it better to do more just in case or always try to do 45 minutes minimum + adding during the day so the penis is always getting stretched and used to new state.

I was like you before, but trust me your penis needs rest.
The more i become experienced with PE the more il think rest is essential.
When you force enough during exercise no need to continue throughout the day, well-deserved rest is the best way to gain.
My manual routines dont last more than 30min to 45min, and pumping routine is 1-2 hours at most.

No need to push yourself too far.

I just don’t understand the rest concept. I would totally agree with it if penis would be a muscle that needs to heal in order to grow. In this case we are stretching tissue to cause cells to divide and multiply, where I personally think more than one hour is required or at least not let the penis to give the chance to heal but to accept the new state. Imagine those people who are increasing the size of earring holes in the ear. They are wearing it constant until the tissue is not ready to expand with bigger earring. If you make a hole in your ear and let it heal, it will close and be back to normal. I think most of the guys who are doing exercise in one go have very little results, but people who are active stretching and jelqing throughout the day have better gains. Even if you do only 45-60 minutes per day in my opinion is better to divide it in sets: morning, afternoon and evening. That way you always feel your penis is active and you don’t let it heal. I could be wrong, but just looking from logical point of view if we are talking about cell division I think that makes more sense than treating penis like a muscle or fitness workout where you need to rest. I just read a thread where a guy gained 4 inches in 2 years and he had no rest days.. And if you would be able to roll your penis over a stick like in ancient African cultures, you would gain a lot quicker probably. It sucks because skin is so much easier to stretch and make it bigger, but penis is so delegate because of all the veins etc. So I guess there’s no easy way.

You know, i dont understand the rest mechanic neither, physiologicaly i mean.
It is simple, rest = heal = health = growth
But i can tell you after years of PE, no rest will lead you to injury…
And injury mean no PE, no sex, and loose all your gains.

And I can tell you that I hurted myself a bunch of times due to overwork…

But i guess you will have to hurt yourself to understand it, like everybody here.
