Hey guys. I started PE 1/2/09 and my routine consisted of 150 jelqs twice a day with a uli every 20 jelqs. During this time I definitely had larger flaccid hang lasting all day long and my EQ went up quite a bit. After almost 3 weeks of this routine 3on/1off, I decided to take the advice given to me on this forum and lay off the ulis for the time being.

For the past 2 weeks, I’ve been doing 200 jelqs 2 on/1 off. My EQ remains pretty good but the huge flaccid hang has gone down quite a bit.

My question is: would it be okay to increase to 250 jelqs? I know I have to condition my dick little by little so I don’t injure myself but I believe that after 2 weeks, he is ready for some more action. Last night I added the extra 50 jelqs and I gripped a little bit harder and today I woke up with morning wood plus my flaccid cock is still pretty huge.

As long as your EQ and PI’s remain positive then go for it. However, it’s easy to get a little ‘overzealous’ and try to gain too fast, but that doesn’t sound like the case with you. Are you stretching before or after your jeqling? I’ve found that, for me personally, stretching for an equal time to my jelq routine has immensely improved my flaccid hang.

I have never counted. I always jelqed and done bends, midshaft expansions during the session. I would pre-warm 2-3 minutes and jelq for 15-20 minutes depending on feel. I got great results.

I have not done any stretching what so ever. I’m trying to reach my girth goal first ( 5.25 inches is my short term goal ). No more feeling like a needle dick.
