More Prominent Veins

I’ve just began PE a couple weeks ago and worked a little too hard the other night. A few small “veins” in my dick must have ruptured or something because they turned a reddish/purple whereas before I never even noticed them. My question then is does PE cause all the veins in your penis to become prominent (larger and more colorful)?

I have noticed all my veins increasing in size and becoming more visible.

I wouldn’t say all the veins, but some of them have become more noticeable. At least, I think they are. I do know that a couple weeks in I saw what I thought was a new vein. I never saw remembered seeing it before so I thought it was totally new. A little while after that I was looking at an old pic of my dick and sure enough it was there, I just had never made a huge note of it before. So some of that could be going on as well.
