Yes I start the newbie again and add little hanging

Most of the gains I see here is in BPEL so I want to see how many success to enlarge

Yes.

1 1/4” in three years.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

This is me basically. I started at 6 NBP and am now 7 NBP (7 1/8 on a good day). Fat pad has grown about half an inch over time but I am currently in process of getting back to where I was beforehand with my workout routine.

The difference between NBPEL and BPEL is just your body fat percentage. An inch is still an inch. Most of us use BPEL as our benchmark because it isolates legitimate PE gains from simple fluctuations in weight/body fat. If someone says they’ve gained an inch in BPEL, then it’s safe to say they’ve also gained an inch in NBPEL (assuming they haven’t gained any weight that would obscure the length increase).

Most of you gain 1 inch what you think is the common thing for everyone who gain like that?

Let me clarify something about NPBEL, BPEL, and body fat. An increase in body fat will decrease BOTH NBPEL and BPEL. Why? Because obviously fat cannot compress to the thickness of a piece of paper. If you gain fat it will decrease BPEL. Similarly, losing fat will increase BPEL.
