If you are conditioned, I would say buy a vacuum hanger and get into hanging. I have been there in regards to what you say about manual exercises.
You are punishing you’re hands if not you’re dick by having one hour sessions!
My routine consists of 3x30 minute hanging sessions with jelqing in between and I couldn’t be happier with my routine, all the while putting in a lot less effort than when I was jelqing 5x per week.
