Motivation Problems

So I am doing manual exercises pretty religiously 7 days a week, spending at least 60min a day and I think I am getting some gains but they are small compared to a time I am investing. Vets should I continue, will grow spurt happen?

There seems to be parameters that produce the best growth, though I’m not sure why.

Every day for at least an hour seems excessive, though I suppose that depends on what kind of PE you are doing. An hour of edging might not impede gains, but I haven’t actually tested that idea.

What kind of manual exercises are you doing?


Starting: 7"bplx5.2" 2017 (shrunk from disuse)(originally 8"bplx4.5", gained to 9"bplx6")

Current: 9.0"bplx6.125" 2020

Goal: 11.5"bplx7" 2021.

Wow. Break it up a bit. Add some downtime. Intersperse long days with short days. That’s excessive and can only deter your motivation.

So for length I am doing manual stretching.
For girth I am doing dry jelqs with V grip in combination with uli’s.

I was on 5/2 schedual before but now I try to stretch every day and I do girth+length every other day. Basically I have one rest day between girth workouts and I stretch everyday following the theory more time under tension means more length gains.

You have to break things up. There’s no such thing as a growth spurt. Well I should say I had a growth spurt that took me a year or so to achieve. It’s a marathon, no one I know sprints a marathon.

I am firm believer in hard work. I also didn’t just rush into this workout. I can say my penis is pretty conditioned right now and can take a lot. I can say so because every morning I get rock hard erections even though I am having this aggressive workouts and always reaching fatigue in them.

Still have to take breaks in between. Try a 5 on 2 off routine but on the off days, you only edge. 1 hour of edging. No other exercises. Edging has helped me cement in gains in the past. So give that a try for a few months.

Have you seen gains anywhere? How is your BPFSL? For me, that was what increased first.

You asked for advice and you were given it but you chose not to take it? Kind of silly don’t you think?

I agree with everyone else take a break. Sixty minutes seven days a week is a recipe for disaster in my opinion and as you can see in several others opinions.

If you are conditioned, I would say buy a vacuum hanger and get into hanging. I have been there in regards to what you say about manual exercises.

You are punishing you’re hands if not you’re dick by having one hour sessions!

My routine consists of 3x30 minute hanging sessions with jelqing in between and I couldn’t be happier with my routine, all the while putting in a lot less effort than when I was jelqing 5x per week.

Currently I see most gains in flaccid length and erect girth. I see some minor increase in BPFSL and that’s what bothers me.
I recently switched to 7 days schedule but I was doing 5/2 for some time now.
I’m looking for that BPFSL gap I hope it will happen.

You’re more likely to post about loss of EQ and morning wood than you are gains.

I would like to try hanging but currently I am without a job and can’t afford one. So I am sticking with manuals for now.

Your routine minus less PE. That’s the routine most that have posted here have been providing you, that is concrete advice and absolutely can be a solution.

Less work volume. Slow down. Your doing too much.
It is the most common problem with newbies. Doing too much. Stay consistent as well as patient.
