OK after reading the great post by big girtha. It got me thinking as to what is the correct way to go about stopping turtling on an everyday basis. I’ve been trying to do the "fowfer" method while sitting at home and sleeping, but it seems I roll around at night a lot and my penis does not stay in place. I read up on the ADS and do not believe it should be worn at night because it might cut off all blood flow (unless I am mistaken and it’s not like a stretcher). My question is can I use a wrap (like you would use to put weights on) during the times I stand and sit, or will that also affect my blood flow and can I use the bathroom with a wrap on? Also I forgot to note there are times when I cannot do a "fowfer" for example while I’m in class.
My next question deals with my stretching exercise. I’m trying to make sure I’m grabbing my penis at the right point (not the glads but somewhere on the shaft). I’ve been looking through the site and noticed people saying not to "grab the penis head to stretch or use the glads". I take it your supposed to grab and pull the penis below the brown ring (wish I had a picture to show but it’s one inch down from the penis head)? Also if you have been stretching by the glads will that hurt you exercise? Here is a link below where I can tell he is not grabbing in the same place as I am so I believe I am doing it wrong.
