Multiple Exercises
Is it OK to do a little bit of manual stretching, jelqing, hanging and pumping in one day? I warm up at beginning and end plus only doing like 10min of each routine tops and take 2 days off a week. Just wondering if you can potentially increase your chances for gains like this or is it too much? Is it better to maybe rotate hanging/pumping and stretching/jelqing or just stick to 1-2 things?
