Multiple Short Stretch sessions daily .
I am new to PE and after doing a bit of reading on this forum and learned a great deal. About 3 weeks ago I decided to make a solid effort.
I am doing something close to the Newbie routine:
* 5 min warm-up
* 15 – 20 minutes of manual stretching
* 15 – 20 minutes of wet jelqs (with some Ulis)
* 5 min light stretches
The whole thing takes a bit more than 30 minutes.
Stealth is pretty important to me but I live in a house with 7 kids and a wife running around. Since 6 of the kids are girls … getting 30 minutes of unquestioned privacy in the bathroom is pretty much impossible … so I have been relegated to doing my sessions in the very early morning.
I have 2 questions:
1. Will it make a much of a difference if I split the workout into 2 sessions: 1 for the stretches and 1 for the Jelqs? This may make sneaking in my workouts a little easier.
2. I was thinking of adding 5 minute stretch sessions through out the day … pretty much every time I used the bathroom.
I hadn’t seen these 2 questions addressed on previous threads and would be interested in the groups thoughts.
