My basic routine

I’m extremely new to PE and don’t want to overexert myself. Consequently, I think I’ll start very light - with kegels and the fowfer stretch. Any thoughts?

Sounds great! Do no PE until you have read 200 hrs about this on all sorts of threads and blogs. See HINK video on Youtube. Ask a lot and figure it out. Go to Total man for a great 12 min video explaining PE for newbies.

I think I’m going to avoid kegels and do pelvic floor stretches instead. After I’m fairly confident with those, I’ll move onto the Angion Method. I know that it’s not great for length or girth, but I think that the improved EQ and vascularity is worth it. At the very least, if nothing improves after the Angion Method I’ll be more experienced.

Good routine. For a simple way to do kegels, practice start and stopping while your urinating a couple of times a week


Current BPEL: 6.3”, MEG: 4.75” (12/2019)

Start BPEL: 6.0” MEG: 4.1" (2/2018)

Future BPEL: +1%, MEG: +1%

If you are looking for something very safe but proven to grow then start with a water pump at low Hg like 5. BUy a cylinder and gauge so you know how much pressure you are at. 20 min max a day, can’t get any safer or more effective than that.

I started by just wearing an extender for a few hours a day… it gets your penis used to being stretched, so you can then move on to other things too.
