My bout with PE, experiences

Hi, I started reading these forums about 5 years ago and tried PE for a few months way back when. At first I tried hot wraps with jelqing sessions. I honestly felt like the jelqing wasn’t the most efficient way to get results when compared to the uli squeeze, and I was starting to feel a little too sensitive on the top of my shaft and almost a little bit of pain after about a week. It didn’t hurt my erections though, but I figured I’d stop until this semi-pain/sensitivity thing went away. It did go away, and I thought it best to never do jelq’s again as this would always happen and I thought it too dangerous to risk anything.

I gave it a few weeks rest, and started doing the uli squeezes. I would get an erection, use vaseline, and then squeeze at the base of my penis close to my body, and then squeeze up about 1/3 of the way up to where the other 2/3s would fill up with blood and enlarge. I’d usually hold for 20-30seconds. I did this about 3-4 times a week for 30mins for about a month. I definitely saw results. There was girth increase right below the head to about 2/3 of the way down where I’d grip. It was starting to develop more of a torpedo shape, lol. It kind of looked like I had pancaked it.. But it wasn’t flattening out. It was great, I wanted to just keep on doing them and get more results. Uli squeezes for me, were the only way to go. I wasn’t concerned about length, pulling and hanging were out of the question (hanging just seemed too dangerous), I tried pumping but we all know that doesn’t provide long term results.

After about a month of uli squeezes and seeing definite results, I also started getting sensitive on the top of the shaft, where my hand would squeeze and hold. I couldn’t figure out a way to do the squeezes where I could put less pressure on the top of the shaft. I also had a vein getting fairly large when doing the squeezes. I worked through the slight pain for about a week and then decided again, that it was time to throw in the bag. I didn’t want to risk any long term damage. Well, 4 years later I can still feel a little pain once in awhile on the top of my shaft where I’d hold and squeeze. I don’t have a problem with impotence though, I really don’t think it’s affected my ability to get an erection. However, I can still sometimes feel the sensitivity in that same spot and it definitely bothers me a little. I really think it was my body’s way of telling me to not do this anymore.

So, I decided that there’s just one exercise I can do for PE, the Kegel. I do them every day and they definitely help. They work. The Uli Squeezes and Jelqing were just too risky. I’m not sure how bad the pain would have gotten if I had continued them but I didn’t want to find out.

I’ve found what I can do that makes me content in my quest for massive penile strength and agility. This is what we’re all here for right? I’ve done a lot of research over the past year on supplements, and have tried out different combinations. There have been good studies done that prove that a daily dosage of l-arginine, ginseng, and gingko biloba help increase blood flow to the penis. From my own experience, I’ve found this to be true. I take 1500mg of l-arginine, 650mg of panax ginseng, and 120mg of gingko biloba a day. I’ve noticed a huge improvement. I’m against pills like enzyte because they have yohimbe which is known to be dangerous. I’ve also take a few other things when I’m going to get lucky such as horny goat weed, maca, etc.. But that’s just to take before it happens. I’ve use viagra as a backup plan but that’s only a backup plan and haven’t needed it, yet.

So, through all my trials and tribulations in my quest, my final destination here is simply doing kegels every day and taking my daily supplements (1500mg l-arginine, 650mg panax ginseng, 120mg gingko biloba). And these work. You can do jelqs and ulis all day and gain 3 inches if you want, but if you don’t have the proper blood flow to your man when it counts, you’re not in the game. I’m happy with where I’ve arrived and happy that it works.

I hope this helps someone out there, and if you can do Uli’s without getting pain/sensitivity which imo, are the BEST way to get results. DO THEM. But, you should never do PE without doing kegels daily. And if you’re having trouble in the blood flow department, check out the supplements I listed. They work great for me. In fact, I think anyone doing a PE regime should check out adding supplements to their routine. More blood flow to your man might help you see faster results.

Start (4/1/04): 7" x 5.5" Current (4/1/04): 7" x 5.5" Current Goal: 8" x 6" Final Goal: 8.5" x 6.5" Any ideas on how to get there? Let me know!
