I used to get erections like that and used to be extremely horny when I was 16. Now that I’m 18, my penis is practically 80% desensitized, I have a lower sex drives and I don’t have exploding erections.

I don’t think that five hour rule has so much merit. Don’t stress over it. I’ve jelqed within a couple of hours after cumming, and it always has turned out to be a good session. As far as stretching goes, doing it after masterbation/sex only helps you to stay 100% flaccid, which is good. Also, it’s fun to have sex after good jelquing session, and watch my girls reaction :)

As far as masturbating after a PE session goes, I never had any problems with it. It never hindered my growth. You must also understand that we are all different and what works for me or you, might not work for someone else.

I am not trying to contradict some people here. But masturbation, or sex, does not interfere with penis growth. True there is a drop in testosterone after ejaculation, but that drop is not enough, nor does your testosterone stays low long enough to hinder your gains. Besides that, if you think about it, you have enough testosterone not to even worry about it, since you get too horny in class.
