My first GAINS
Man, I can’t believe how freakin’ pumped I am!
I started this PE stuff 2.5 months ago at the bottom of the self esteem barrel like many of you as I felt I was destined to disappoint my wife of 10 years with a small dick and one that ejaculates after about 10 seconds (even after 10 years of sex!). After 2 months and no changes, I was starting to get frustrated. So I looked at my routine, which started off very basic (manual stretches and jelqing). I started out slow and gradually increased my time spent per session and frequency as to not overtrain and just build up to the point where my penis finally starts to grow. I started out with a 1 on/1 off for a few weeks and then went to 2 on/ 1 off. I’d pretty much just do 10 min manual stretch (30 sec holds in all directions) and then 15-20 min of jelqing (standard or power).
Well, I wasn’t noticing much with this routine so I increased my routine to 3 on/1 off 2 weeks ago. I decided to try dry jelqing to which bends and Horse 440s came almost naturally to a dry jelq routine. I’d edge until 90% erect and then slowly dry jelq until I’d lost lose erection and then I’d repeat this for 20-30 minutes. I’d throw in about 4-5 bends holding for 30 seconds and a few Horses throughout.
The first time I did this my dick was so pumped I couldn’t believe it! I could really feel it stretching inside finally! I’d also do these stretched jelqs at about 60% erect. But honestly, where my gains were coming from were the 90% erect dry jelqs. Oh yeah, while I did the dry jelq, I would take my other hand and slightly push the glans downward. This REALLY increases the amount of internal pressure. To better describe this, I have a slight upward curve to my penis and I’d just straighten it out by pushing my glans downward with my right hand while moving my left hand up the shaft for the dry jelq. Awesome! I knew I’d finally pushed my penis to the point where it had to grow and sure enough, it did.
Any other newbie out there feel like their dick is conditioned enough to move up to the next level should give mostly erect dry jelqs a try. I know some say erect dry jelqs don’t help but I feel they were really they only thing intense enough to get my penis to grow.
Now I need to figure out what is going to jumpstart my length gains.any ideas? I do manual stretches (30-60 seconds), JAI stretches as well. I really don’t want to hang as I don’t the time or privacy (married with 3 kids). I will continue with this girth routine until the gains stop.
Today, I introduced jelqing with jelq sticks for 5 minutes. Wow, those are different. I’ll see where that goes. I’ve read they help with length. I’m also going to invest in a good pump. Any recommendations?
Oh yeah, sex with my wife is great now and her interest in it has definitely improved :) She’s noticed the size increase as well and is pretty amazed that I could get my dick to grow. I tell her I’m going for an 8x6 and I think I see a gleam in her eye :)
