My gain after one month of PE.

My gain after one month of PE.

I’ve started my PE routine the 01/06/2005.

I’ve noticed any gains in length but I’m very surprised because I’ve gained 0.20 inches (0.5cm) in girth.

My routine is the newbie routine :

5 min hot wrap
5-7 min manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
10 min of wet-jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
50 kegels of five second holds each. I use a leather Penis strap during them to maintain the blood flow.

Schedule: 2 days ON / 1 day OFF

I’ve increased my wet-jelq session to 300 strokes since one week.

I’ve purchased the Penimaster I wear it 3 hours a day since the last week-end. I plan to wear it in the next weeks 6-8 hours a day.

My current stats :

EL : 8.3”
EG : 5.7”

Next results in one month.

0.2 inche in 4 week is not awesome, but not bad also. Keep up the good work. That is what PE about, discipline.

I would say .2 inches of girth in 4 weeks is pretty damn good. Keep at it Sly. Just remeber to not over do it. I know we get excited when we start seeing gains.

0.2” is awesome to me. The reason I’m bugging you, Chunky, is because, as my kids would say, “this isn’t a race.” Really. NOthing good can come of trying to speed up gains. It’s important to celebrate avery 1/10” gain. It’s always awesome, no matter how fast it comes.
