My gains after Two month of PE.

I’ve noticed 0.2” (0.5cm) gains in length but no gains in girth this month.

My routine :

5-7 min hot wrap
10 min manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
20 min of wet-jelq (three hundred 3-second strokes)
50 kegels of five second holds each. I use a leather Penis strap during them to maintain the blood flow.

Schedule: 2 days ON / 1 day OFF.

I’ll begin the 3 days ON / 1 day OFF schedule this week.

I don’t know if it’s because of PE but my orgasms are more intense now (kegels maybe ?).

My current stats :

EL : 8.5”
EG : 5.7”

Next results in April.
