My girth routine questions

So now that I have my length gains I’m focusing on girth.

My girth routine is :
-3x10 min clamp
-150 wet jelq
3 days on/1 off

Is this routine enough and can I expect 0.5 inches without changing this routine ?
How many time in averages does it take to have such gains ?
How much using heat during routine can impact the gains ?
Is a hot water bottle enough to warm-up ?

Bumping this thread. I’m fighting with girth myself and looking for input on routines, and ways to avoid the pump. Pump seems effective but risky, sort of like steriods and working out. Steroids might give you man-boobs, acne, heart and liver problems and so on, but you get big as hell really quick. Same with the pump, I think, so I’m trying my best to stick with safer methods, even if they are slower gains.

Manuel, here was some advice from Thoughtfulgold on my log:

“Girth- Naturally tricky for everyone. Hard to get it to stick, hard to find the magic method that works for you. Suggestion. Lay off Clamping. Play around with ULI#3 or Sadsak Slinky instead. This will condition you better for clamping and still refresh the possible effectiveness it may have for you.”

My routine is currently lots of jelq and squeeze, with some light clamping to maintain the erection. I don’t “clamp” per say, but I apply some pressure at the base and below the glans to obtain a much fuller erection for a much longer period of time. It is sort of like using a cock ring.

From what I have gathered asking your same question, 0.5” from jelq/squeeze/clamp is very obtainable, but in no way guaranteed. If you have already seen length gains, then use that same intensity in the girth and hopefully you’ll get something. That’s what I am doing. Length has been pretty easy. Now I’m using the same hard-headed approach on girth, with the same intensity during my routines, and hopefully will see some measurable results soon.

I am working on girth too. I have got 0,5” of gains during the last 6 months, BUT most of them were got during the first months when I was a newbie (when it’s easier to have gains).

I have tried different routines. What was efficient for me :

- jelqs with high level of erection (worked very well at the beginning)

- uli#3 was great

- jelqs+horse440 was very efficient but risky

The warm up, when done properly, should feel like you just got your penis anesthetized: you won’t be able to feel the usual outcome of exercises, when compared to the penis running cold.

For example, if you try to stretch without warming up first, you should notice the ligaments stretching quite easily and this will set an early “limit” for the stretch. Now, with the presence of heat, you will be able to pull way further and not feel that much.

Isn’t conclusive that heat could lead to gains, but is concrete that prior heating will avoid injuries (assuming that the person is following the recommended approaches and he’s being watchful).

I use a heating pad for warmups. Nice because I can control the heat, and if I am working in bed, lying down, I can keep myself covered and warm during the workout. Also helps keep a higher level of erection.

I keep a heating pad at work in my chair. I have a desk job. Before sneaking into the restroom for stretches, I heat my crotch for a few minutes. It’s not the high heat some of the guys refer to, but it’s enough to get the blood flowing and loosen things up.

I also use the sauna at the gym for pre/post gym workouts, much for the same reason. Heat is a wonderful thing for any sort of growth and injury avoidance.
