Bumping this thread. I’m fighting with girth myself and looking for input on routines, and ways to avoid the pump. Pump seems effective but risky, sort of like steriods and working out. Steroids might give you man-boobs, acne, heart and liver problems and so on, but you get big as hell really quick. Same with the pump, I think, so I’m trying my best to stick with safer methods, even if they are slower gains.
Manuel, here was some advice from Thoughtfulgold on my log:
“Girth- Naturally tricky for everyone. Hard to get it to stick, hard to find the magic method that works for you. Suggestion. Lay off Clamping. Play around with ULI#3 or Sadsak Slinky instead. This will condition you better for clamping and still refresh the possible effectiveness it may have for you.”
My routine is currently lots of jelq and squeeze, with some light clamping to maintain the erection. I don’t “clamp” per say, but I apply some pressure at the base and below the glans to obtain a much fuller erection for a much longer period of time. It is sort of like using a cock ring.
From what I have gathered asking your same question, 0.5” from jelq/squeeze/clamp is very obtainable, but in no way guaranteed. If you have already seen length gains, then use that same intensity in the girth and hopefully you’ll get something. That’s what I am doing. Length has been pretty easy. Now I’m using the same hard-headed approach on girth, with the same intensity during my routines, and hopefully will see some measurable results soon.
