Hi guys,

Been a while since I posted on thunders place. I did active PE in 2005 and gained both lenght from 7.8 (nbpel) till 8.6 (nbpel) and 5.4 girth to 5.6 girth. I quited because of multiple reasons i lost my girth gains, my length gains however stayed almost the same around 8.4-8.5 inch(nbpel).

When I first started I just wanted a bigger Penis without really thinking about the consequences. At my 7.8 (nbpel) my girlfriend back then already had a lot of problems with that lenght in most positions. I have a new girlfriend now for about a year and next year we will get married. I’m very happy with her.

When she first took my pants of she was really amazed and couldn’t stop talking for a while how big it was. She was really amazed and she told me how she probably couldn’t handle it. When we finally got there, of course she could (even tough it was far from easy for her). Anyway I have the same problem with her I have to be careful with not putting to much in accept for some positions where naturally not all goes in. Doggy style so to say was one of my favorite positions, but when doing this I really have to hold back or I’ll bottom her out and it takes away all the pleasure for me to to the point I rarely do doggy style anymore.

Anyway where is this going you might ask, well just a little warning that in my opinion you have to be careful becoming larger then 7 inch nbpel (I think it’s a waste of time, and just something to show of rather than something you can really use for you and your partners pleasure).

And I’m also telling this because I really would like to gain some girth, but without gaining lenght if possible. If I gain more length It could become maybe less enjoyable for the other positions I still can go all the way, so I don’t really want to risk that.

Why do I really want to gain more girth you ask? Well firstly me and my girlfriend decided to don’t have sex anymore until we’re married. I guess many of you will think why would you ever do that, many reasons… (please no arguing about this hehe, everyone has his own opinion about this and it’s not where this thread is about).

Anyway I know she can take a lot more girth and I know she would really enjoy it and be turned on about it. So I have one year to make some good girth gains.

Is there a good way to gain girth without getting any mayor length gains?

Can anyone give me advice for a good girth only routine?

What was your length routine in the past? I would like to know, since it seems you’ve made good gains. Type of hanger, duration of time, weight..

Now to be fair Ill help ya on your part.

I recently have been trying clamping, and the sort. What I found to be a bit safer, and works better than cable clamps for me is the hand. I like to get a nice full erection, kegel a couple time to expand the glans, and than clamp with the hand. Thumb and finger together. I can only do short sets, but I can feel my glans expand, which I like.

I have tried the cable clamp routine, and couldn’t keep a erection for some reason. If you like this route, a tip may be to line the inside of the clamp with the fuzzy part of some Velcro. That’s what I did, and than you may not even need a wrap, although a cloth in between is always safer.

Perhaps follow up with some light pumping so that the skin doesn’t separate from the shaft, but pull internals as well.

Hmm, it’s been a while but mainly my routine was like this.

First I would do 5 minutes of heating up.

1. Dry jelqs 10 minute 80% erect
2. Wet jelq on 20-30% erect 5 minut
2. Orange bends 10 min
3. Horse squeezes 5 min
4. Ulis 5 min

Between the different exercises I did Kegels. I usually did 2 days of PE then 1 day of.

I hope this helps a bit, I did for me, just like I said be careful with gaining to much lenght it can ruin your sex-life in some sense.

I know that clamping works, I find it less enjoyable though. Are there reported length gains? Maybe I should go clamping anyways, is it right that clamping is the only way to gain only girth and no length?

Sometime in 2005: Bpel 5.7, eg 4.3: 7/15/07 bpel=6.1, eg 4.6

Now bpel 6.50, eg 5.30 bpfsl 6.50

Goal bpel 7.0 - 7.5, eg 5.5

Yes even then my main goal was girth I gained at max 0.3 inch. But I mostly gained length, which I really didn’t need because I already had to much length..
