Hey you guys just thought I would introduce myself to the community. I have been trolling these boards for a couple weeks reading what you guys had to say and how PE actually works.

Right now I am 19 years old. My penis is 5.75” long, I haven’t measured my girth yet. I was wondering if 7 to 8” is obtainable through this system. If so how long do you guys suspect it would take? Also what is the best routine for me. I read about the DLD Blaster and that sound like people are having great results with it. Also my last question is do pills actually work? I was reading this site that says you can gain 2 inches simply by taking the pills. Have any of you ever tried these pills or should I just stick with PE exercises?

Anyways, glad to have joined this forum and hopefully my mission to 7-8” will come true in the next few monthes.

5.75” BP or NBP? Take agood girth measurement. Max girth mid-shaft. And base if you want.

7” or 8” could be attainable, depending on several factors. Like if you stick to it. Gaining time is impossible to guess.

Start with the Newbie routine. It takes a while to get into PE - there is a definite learning curve.

Pills alone do little more than enhance blood flow. The pills will come with an exercise routine. Surprise, surprise.

You are about where I was when I started 16 months ago(assuming you are talking bone pressed), I’m knocking on 8” bpel now.

Save your money, these forums are replete with guys that tried all that shit, and tried to get a refund according to what the company promised - most never got shit either in gains or money back. Stick with the exercises you find here.

I think you will see gains regardless of the type of stretching routine you do. I don’t do traditional “blasters”, but I don’t see why you couldn’t try them. Why not contact DLD (doublelongdaddy), he is the innovator of this move, he can clear up any questions and put you on your way with them if that is what you want to do for stretches.
