My little routine proplem
I’m don Newbie routine now 5weeks when I’m done 9 nine weeks this is over. And I’m thinking do start hanging and follow this hanging routine-> Hanging 101 + Sample Routine and I tink sizemaister routine is too shocking for me now. So can you friendly tell me some good girth routine, what is good when I following that bibs routine same time?.
And I want to thank you all with you god advices and I just wanna say PE rock.I’m start gets gained :D
